DESCRIPTION
Rumuet Essentials Sanitizer is a combined detergent sanitizer specially formulated for manual cleaning, stain removing and sanitizing (a one stop detergent sanitizer). It consists of hypochlorite and hypobromite ions which, when in solution contributes to its strong sanitizing powers.
The main feature which makes it different from other sanitizers is the dual halogen effect on micro organisms, which gives a longer bacterial activity and therefore inhibiting development of resistance micro-organisms.
Rumuet Essentials sanitizer is a wide range anti-bacterial spectrum which is effective against most vegetable forms of micro-organisms except mycobcteria. At normal recommended concentration, Rumuet E. sanitizer will be ineffective against micro-organisms in the sporing phase but effective against in the vegetative phase. There are no known examples of micro-organisms developing an increased resistance to Chlorine/Halogen attack.

USE INSTRUCTION
Disinfecting
Use Rumuet E. Sanitizer at a dosage of 3-6g/Ltr of warm water. The water temperature should be between 35oC – 55oC. This gives 180ppm to 330ppm of active chlorine.
Clean the equipment and surfaces to be disinfected with the prepared solution, give 5-10 minutes contact time. Rinse well with clean water and allow drying.
Distaining
Apply the same dosage in hot water, a temperature of about 70oC-80oC. Soak the appropriate items, like chopping boards, tea pots, cups, plates, etc overnight.
SPILL PROCEDURE:
Contain the spill. Do not allow the spilled product to go to drain. Sweep away to the dust bin and wrap in polythene bag. Neutralize spilled area with dilute hydrogen peroxide and mop up. Rinse with plenty of water, wash the mop and dry up.
HANDLING & STORAGE:
Handing
Rumuet E. sanitizer is suitable for use in manual cleaning, distaining and sanitizing kitchen equipment & food factory equipment, but in common with all detergents/sanitizers, prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided; use of rubber gloves is recommended.
Do not mix with other detergents / chemicals unless recommended, if in contact with acidic cleaners dangerous chlorine and bromine gases will be liberated.
Wear appropriate safety gear clothing, do not eat or smoke whilst handling the product.
Storage
. Shelf life of at least 48 months.
Store in a cool dry environment and away from direct sunlight.
Re-seal /Stopper original containers tightly when not in use, do not return dispensed Rumuet E. sanitizer into original container.
