KEY BENEFITS - Effective removal of limescale

USE OF APPLICATION
For soaking application:
Use at a concentration of 50-400ml Rumkleen DeScaler to 1L of hot water (5-40%) dependent on the degree of scale. If a heavy deposits of limescale use neat Rumkleen deScaler. Steps to follow:-
1. Manual application e.g. Stainless Steel Ball breakers, Rotary Vanes , troughs, tea urns, sufurias etc
- Fill the item or soak in solution until the scale dissolves
- Scrub if required to remove heavy deposits
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow drying
2. Spray application e.g. Stainless Steel Ball breakers, Rotary Vanes. troughs
Apply solution of 300-400m/l of warm water (30-40%) to surface or equipment (dependant on the degree of scale)
Leave at least 30 minutes and brush
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry
3. Dishwashing Machines
- Switch off dosing equipment
- Fill dishwasher with fresh water
- Add sufficient Rumkleen Sparking DeScaler to the water to produce a 10-20% solution ( 100-200ml/L)
- Circulate solution for 10-15 minutes
- Drain and inspect
- Repeat if required
- Drain and rinse thoroughly
- Allow to dry leaving open & Switch on dosing equipment

PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

Under recommended conditions of use, Rumkleen Sparking DeScaler is suitable for use on most materials commonly encountered in the kitchen, but copper, brass or aluminium should be treated with care ( short contact times). The product is biodegradable and environmental friendly.
SPILL PROCEDURE:

Contain the spill. Do not allow the product to go to drain. Neutralize with Sodium Bi-Carbonate and wash away to the drain with plenty of water.

HANDLING & STORAGE:
Handing
Wear rubber gloves when using Rumkleen Descaler solutions.
Do not mix with other detergents / chemicals unless recommended.
Wear appropriate safety gear clothing, do not eat or smoke whilst handling the product.

Storage
Shelf life of at least 48 months. Store in a cool dry environment and away from direct sunlight.
Re-seal /Stopper original containers tightly when not in use, do not return dispensed product into original container.
